Chrome DevTools: Hide network related errors in the Console Panel

Clean up the Console Panel errors so they are less of a distraction.

Missing resources causing 404 errors, browser extensions blocking certain scripts and other network related errors can distract you from the warnings you really care about. You can hide such messages:

1. Click the filter icon.
2. Check Hide network messages
